Help Needed ! Liberty House, Manchester, NH shelter for homeless veterans

IF YOU'VE EVER thought about helping our veterans but were not sure how, here is an easy way. Give to Liberty House.

Please call Bill and Judy at Liberty House at 603-669-0761 today

The DedicatedPatriots have contributed to this worthwhile cause again in August

This Manchester shelter for homeless veterans is having a difficult time making ends meet so it can continue providing a warm, safe place for local veterans in need to stay the night or stop by for advice and assistance.

Sens. John Sununu and Judd Gregg secured $50,000 for Liberty House from the Department of Housing and Urban Development this month. But that is not going to be enough to keep the heat on and the kitchen going for long.

Liberty House depends on donations to stay open. The city of Manchester and the state of New Hampshire have a long and proud tradition of supporting our veterans. It would be surprising and upsetting if Liberty House had to close its doors because the community that is such a welcoming home for our veterans forgot this worthwhile charity.

If you have ever seen a veteran sleeping under a blanket on a park bench on a cold winter night and did not know how to help, this is how.

To find out what you can do to keep this shelter open, call Bill and Judy at Liberty House at 603-669-0761. Or you can send donations directly to: Liberty House 75 W. Baker St. Manchester, NH 03103
